Methods of Training

It is obvious that experts simply tell their listeners what they know. But a lecture is only one of many ways to effectively pass on knowledge - and by far not always the best. In this standard e-learning, users therefore learn about and apply many methods beyond the classic lecture.The methods are adapted to the respective phases of the classroom training.

• Learning how to integrate and activate participants with the right methods from the very start of the training course
• Knowing and applying methods that go beyond the typical presentation
• Understanding how to inspire participants to collaborate creatively
• Being able to apply methods for consolidating lessons learned

This course takes about 50 minutes.
