Principles for Effective Knowledge Transfer

Participants undergo a "crash course in didactics" and receive an overview of the three majormodels: behaviorism, cognitivism, and constructivism. Also included in this standard e-learning: the MASTER model as a planning and structuring model for seminars. Users are also made aware of the various roles and tasks they face as "trainers".

• Knowing and applying the basic didactic models and their importance for effective knowledge transfer
• Knowing the tasks and requirements of a trainer in order to perform confidently
• Being able to develop well-constructed trainings along the MASTER model
• Being able to "take participants with you" from the very beginning

This course takes about 60 minutes.
